Takealot.com

I was looking to buy an employee clock in machine and found one on Takealot.com. I already had an account with them so I just put the item in my shopping basket and made payment. My product arrived a week prior to the delivery date that had been given to me but I did receive an sms to tell me when the delivery was happening. Unfortunately the product was faulty as I was not able to set the date and time function. I logged a fault on Takealot.com's page and they arranged for a collection. The techs then tested the product, found it to be faulty as reported and replaced and delivered the item. I have always had good service from this company. Their site is easy to use and saves me from having to go shopping, which is a bonus at the moment with Carona around. Thank you Takealot.com your service has been commendable
