Takealot.com are ************ preying on you not noticing their switches

I purchased a google home white slate speaker for R1599 and paid as per normal on the website. To my shock and dismay, they sent me a substandard mini speaker and claimed my order was fulfilled. When I checked their site, mini speaker was nearly 3x cheaper at R599 with non of the key sound functionality I required. When I called to complain and ask for this to be rectified, they changed tune and said the item was not in stock yet it was still listed on their website (suspicious). Even worse, they sent me a cheap item that I did not order and did not even compensate me for the cost difference. I requested a refund and am told they need to examine the substandard/cheap item before processing my refund and this will take as long as it takes to get the item back to them. Absolute ****, be careful with dealing with these rouges. Poor service, no real feedback and they make you wait your money. I am still waiting for my refund. Will take a complaint to the consumer goods council.
