takealot.com are becoming the worse online store!!

I have placed an order on the 18th of February, the items were suppose to not take more than 8 days to source, it is now the 3th of March and guess what, I still have not taken delivery. They delivery guy had to deliver my item yesterday, that did not happen, now it is the 2nd day my parcel is out for delivery guess what, it is now 16:00 and I have not received my parcel and probably will not receive it today either.....

The takealot.com service is terrible these days; I use to believe in them but it is taking a turn for the worse. I have now had 3 cases where I ordered items (got delivered at least, yeagh!) where the items actual packaging's technical specs does not match that of the item. The first item was delivered without much needed items inside the box for it to work, so I sent it back and had to re-order (huge pain the but) and the other 2 items are just not up to par with the specs they claim to have....really bad and not sustainable if this is going to continue.....will keep complaining and heading to MyBroadband next with all this info so that they can let the whole Gauteng know how bad takealot.com has become and everyone should be aware of the false advertised products. Terrible!!!
