Takealot.com are *******
Takealot.com can now be classified as ******* as well. I have returned 2 high value items and have been waiting on a response for more than 2 weeks. Despite me following up and calling no one at Takealot responds and don't keep their promises to get back to me. It does not seem like they even intend on returning my items back to me. It's still under warranty and I want my money back as the batteries are not as expected or promised but even this does not count unless they intend to keep my stuff until the warranty passes and tell me I can't be refunded. At this point I feel anything is possible with takealot.

08 Sept 2023, 14:29I am disgusted at the service I am receiving from the staff at Takealot.com. It's pathetic to say the least. You are ******* and down right have no idea of what customer service is. My concern has been carrying on for over a week with no resolution in sight except that takealot is going to ***** my return items and put me out of pocket of over R10000.
