Takealot.com and their couriers are ********

Takealot.com and the courier company they use are ********. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since the 13th of September. It has been out for delivery since then and today on the tracking app it claims to be have delivered. I was in contact with Takealot.com support group to no avail. Takealot.com uses the most useless courier companies. On the order information the courier written there is DPDlaser, when I contact them to track my parcel, DPDLaser claims the have never received a parcel for me, only to find that the parcel is handled by Laser Logistics, which gives it to a subcontractor. If I don't receive the parcel soon I will be forced to take legal action this is unacceptable.
