Takealot.com & Africa Ceramic

My name is Dominic and My wife is Viven Moloi. We firstly ordered the two Occasional Chairs with wooden feet as advertised, then takealot delivered them with the steel feet and worse the feet was not straight which we returned them back. We also ordered the RED Vas, then the supplier (Africa Ceramic) decided to deliver colour BRONZE. We then returned it again and because the RED Vas was now out of stock, we saw colour WHITE which we order. Today (15/01/2025) we just received one with three colours (silver, light Grey & black). The supplier is still the same Africa Ceramic. Takealot has wasted a lot of our time just because no one verify the orders. We could have been going somewhere to buy this items if they informed us from the first time that they don't have the once we ordered rather than delivered the wrong items to clear their stock. Another time delay.
