I have always had good products and service from them, but a recent experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I purchased a Nokia Microsoft cell phone from them which was delivered in May 2019. Unfortunately I broke my leg and was bedridden for 5 months. When I tried to activate phone at home, I was unsuccessful. I finally got to my preferred service provider only to be told that the screen remained blank and that phone was faulty. Tried to return it, only to be informed that the 6 Month warranty had expired and they would not refund me. I googled the phone and saw that Microsoft had discontinued phone in December 2017. Brought this to their attention and I've had no response since. If not ********* practice, ***** at best. My confidence took quite a knock but because I live in a small village with no transport of my own, I have continued to shop with them. Valuable lesson though: caveat emptor. I have told my friends and warned them of buying cell phones from them
