Takealot.com a nightmare in service & worst value for money/accountability

I bought a Delonghi kettle from Takealot.com in Nov 2019; in September 2020 it started leaking and I took it into Delonghi group SA to have it looked at and fixed (as it was still under warranty) ; they tried their best however they declared that it can not be fixed and that Takwalot.com must replace it or give me credit.

It’s been over 2 months now and I am still without a kettle or credit from Takealot.com
