Takealot.com a bunch of ******

My first experience with takealot has made me reconsider doing business with them in the future. I placed an order 2 weeks back, got multiple text messages from them telling me my order will be delivered yesterday (Friday 11 October ). Same Friday I get a message telling me my order will be delayed, the most frustrating thing was when I checked my e-mailed last night, it turned out that my order was returned and cancelled without my knowledge. I call them tjis morning to find out what happened and they have the nerve to tell me to re-order as there's nothing they can do to fix THEIR mistake. I go back online only to find the prices have gone up and I'd have to pay more for a mistake deliberately caused by them, I call again and the agent tells me my order was delivered, when I argue with that she changes her story to "the package was returned to the factory". Why not send it back since it's there or have me fetch it since delivery is no option than to have me re-order something that is still available. This is really frustrating
