TAKEALOT.COM A BUNCH OF ******

I ordered on the 25th Jan and have not received a refund for 2 items that didn't arrive.Takealot is ghosting me and not wanting to give my money back. Secondly they sent me a shoe rack missing parts, I arranged for a collection and would not de-assemble it, they sent a driver on a scooter to collect it on a windy day. Now they want me to pay for the damages...BULLOCKS...this is the worst place to have a complaint as a customer because they have no customer service department online and on email they just ghost you
