Takealot.com

Unfortunately the experience of online shopping with a smile guaranteed has just been a bust. Takealot.com has so many flaws that was unraveled during a 6 weeks period. I ordered shoes for a friend of mine that's from Poland as his looking for a reputable online shopping company. I suggested he used Takealot.com and based on my opinion he then allowed me to order him the shoes.

I ordered the shoes 3 weeks before we leave our oilrig as this was ample time to deliver. The delivery was for the 8th June and confirmed. The package was sent to wrong courier and re handled still making the 8th June delivery date.

Unfortunately it's the 23rd June and no package. Customer service is a horrible experience as they can't supply me with proper answer to where my package is or what happened to it. After making calls amounting to 350min if not more still nothing.

Unfortunately I cannot give them a great review as their customer service is horrible. Loads of promises on actions but to no avail. At least one guy tried his best but I had a pvt conversation with him. I will never use Takealot.com again I'll make sure people and customers doesn't suffer the same embarrassment that I have.

I'm very disappointed in the experience and definitely changing my narrative regarding Takealot.com
