I am a dissapointed in the process.

On a COD delivery, I ordered 5 items for my daughter, which included a desk light.

3 packages were delivered and the driver could not confirm that 5 items were inside the 3 packages. I requested he opens it and he refused.

The status update said I did not have the cash for the delivery. It seems like all their employees are like governement workers, they simply don't care. I can not payd for something I can't confirm exists. I am not certain if this is their procedure as I boufgt a few items from them, but I will never ever support them again.

I will never support them again.
