Bought a pair of shoes didn't fit properly had it for 1 day , dropped it off at the depot was there for the day only to find out their policy has changed we collected the shoes as i sealed them when i dropped them off the box was opened when i collected them again had to check if both shoes were in the box , takealot then collected them again at my house after 3 day's they refused to exchange them saying it was damaged , 3 people rep**** to me in one day the last person said they will keep the ticket open so does this mean they will not prioritize the exchange it's not acceptable, this is at the boksburg branch i am concerned this will not be sorted out
