Takealot.com

I purchase a Smeg Cream Blender with Takealot.com last week and on friday the 29th October 2021, i was delivered a box of water instead of a blender i have been hunting for years now. i was told to send images of the product received so that they specialist can investigate and provide feedback, This morning i got a mail to receive the wrong product by 10th November and they no longer have the product in stock that i have ordered and each morning when i check on their website the product is in stock. it does not say this product is out of stock i am not happy at all with this outcome and it not my fault that they packaged a box of water instead of a blender. I bought the item for R3600 and now on the website it says R3499 and i still qualify to get the same product i have ordered initially. I really need the blender instead of a refund.
