Takealot.com

I bought a radio 2 weeks back on takealot , radio was supposed to ge delivered on Monday 27th of September but it didn't reach my house but on the app it says It was delivered and I signed for it , I called customer service they said driver was not even near my destination on that day , they will investigate secondly another consultant said my order was turned back because it was damaged, all lies even today no one is coming with a clear answer or whether I'm going to get my radio or be refunded my money I'm frustrated
