I am extremely disappointed with Takealot.com. I have spent over R60000 in the past several months.

The item was advertised for R45 but they made me pay R299 at checkout I didn't realise until the next day....try to solve the problem but to no avail I was told today that customer service does have my ticket but I am in a line and I must keep waiting.

I order several funko pops each week....Sadly the warehouse think what is important is in the box and not the box itself. These are funko pops collectors items so YES the box matters I have photos of damaged goods I received,squashed boxes,not delivered on time,waiting much longer than 3-5 working days.

I phone and they answer if I am lucky anyway I think it doesn't matter because the phones call only lasts a few mintues then there is silence. They have my details one would think they will have the courtesy to call you back....no such thing.

I have sent so many e-mails back and forth it's a waste of time you get a simple reply we are working on your query it takes 3-5 business days.

There was a funko pop for sale clearly stating that the funko pop is a chase.....it never said anywhere that it was a 1 in 6 chance in so i bought two bought two and sadly ordinary pops no arrived no chase.

I can't speak to anyone senior I wonder if management knows that the service is shocking and it's getting worse every day.

I am now waiting for 25 funko pops and I reordered the damaged goods immediately and paid for them again. So the credits take for ever but what surprises me the most is that they delivered the danaged ones so surely i should gey my other's between 3-5 working days but that simply doesnt happen they just tell you its sold out.

How can it be sold out?? You just delivered me your damaged goods. And even before the request to return I buy them immediately again so they deliver them all to other people and I end up with nothing why I am also not receiving them?

And why I wonder why I can't speak to someone senior are they in hiding?

My items don't get wrapped carefully to prevent damage.

The is actually a sticker on the box that says good enough to sell. First of all it's second hand and no it can't be sold like that and the sticker is stuck on you of the box or across.....so klno once again the item is worthless.

I am extremely disappointed that the service has taken a dive.

I read alot of the complaints about take alot by other customers sadly so many have similarities.
