Takealot.com

I order a Bible form takealot.com and all went well. I called them early this morning asking if the driver can deliver my parcel first after he has left the branch in Potch. They told me that the driver will see my just after 9am and sent me an email saying that the driver will be first at my adress to deliver my parcel. Now, the driver phones me and says that he will see me round about 2 pm ! How can you mislead clients ? First you tell your clients the driver will see you at 9 am and then the driver tells you he will be at your adress at 2pm ? Worst service ever !!!! ????
