I am very disappointed in Takealot. I ordered a ALVA GAS HEATER on the 29th of May '20. The product was faulty and they replaced the product. I received the 2nd ALVA GAS HEATER on the 15th of June '20. This product is also defective and when I tried to return the ALVA GAS HEATER and Takealot cancelled my request to return. I received an e-mail stating that my request to return was cancelled. This item needs to be returned to the supplier. No contact information was given. Really TAKEALOT how do you expect your customers to sort this out?? How do you expect your customers to sort out your problems.
