Takealot.com

Placed an order with takealot on the 25th of Dec ,order was suppose to be delivered on the 02 Jan,On the takealot app it says order has been Delian’s signed for ,and I haven’t received the order yet , i I’ve been calling takealot for the past week now and no one seems willing to help me,my address is 99 and the driver delivered the parcel at number 81 ,when I last called they said driver went back and fetch parcel at number 81 and took it to the warehouse which makes no sense to me why not deliver at the correct address instead of taking it back to the warehouse……anyway I went to number 81 and they say they never received any parcel,The customer service at takealot is really **********,they don’t care at all.
