Takealot.co - Order Cancellation Due to Payment Miscommunication

I placed an order and paid immediately wit Credit Card upon checkout. However, on the same day, I received a message stating that payment was still pending. After contacting customer support, an agent confirmed that my payment had been received, and I was assured the order was successfully placed and scheduled for delivery.

Two days later, I received another message informing me that my order had been cancelled due to non-payment, despite having already clarified the issue.

The conflicting communication and cancellation after payment raises concerns about reliability. This experience has made me hesitant to use Takealot again.
