Takealotand Ozow don't mix

I purchased a few things on the 19th of December 2022 using the ozow payment system. The payment went through on my side but it did not reflect on my account and my order was cancelled. I sent them an email with the proof of payment and I was told that they would get back to me. Since then I've had no communication from them even after sending multiple emails requesting an update.
