TakeAlot,allows their sellers to sell **** phones

I bought a Samsung S23,to my surprise it was deemed **** by Samsung.The phone didn't have *****s ,it was tampered with.I notified them while the phone was still under warranty,they refused to take it back because I had lost the box ,a phone worth 17k.I asked for the seller's details so I can contact them on a personal level,they refused to give me those details.I basically bought a Samsung replica,I am disappointed.Please becareful, Takealot sellers sell **** products and the company doesn't do much to protect buyers.I am stuck with a phone that needs software update every second day and is always running out of space ..I have to charge it very often.If you want to buy electronics I suggest you avoid Takealot

STILL WAITING ON TAKEALOT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE 17K IS A LOT OF MONEY,CONTACT THE SELLER AND INVESTIGATE HIM/her.WE ARE BEING SOLD PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT GENUINE,AND WHEN YOU COMPARE TO OTHER SAMSUNG FROM MTN,VODACOM ETC YOU REALIZE YOURS IS UNDERPERFORMING.THE PHONE WAS TAMPERED WITH ,IT CAME WITH 🪛 *****S.The sad thing I can't even sell it because that's the first thing business notice when they assess it ,I get told I was sold a knockoff.I am drained by this ,and I need this to be resolved.I have the invoice,all my Information is on your page.The box was probably thrown away by the cleaner a home ,only because of a box I'm not being attended to and I'm being ignored via emails and social media by Takealot...now they're telling me it's out of warranty but when it was within warranty I was being told we won't take it without a box
