Takealot Zero Personal Contact

I bought an item for which I used a store credit and paid the balance in cash (Cod). The item was returned for a credit. I received the store credit I had used but as yet have not received a credit for the cash I paid in. I have emailed Takealot 3 times wrt this matter and tried calling many times which is a waste of time as the line just goes dead. To date I have NOT received any answer in over a week. Normally I would give 5 stars for delivery but on a personal level, if I could, I would give zero stars. Quick to take but not to give back.
