TakeAlot - Zero Back Up Service!!!!

Be careful before you buy anything you may need to return!!! My air conditioner was faulty so I asked for a return collection. 2 weeks later the courier kept sending a reschedule after they broke down? Eventually in frustration I delivered to TakeAlot and now they have the air conditioner but will not give any explanation as to where it or my my exchange is ??? They enjoy taking your money but zero back up service!!! You cannot speak to anyone either, just their Facebook Page or seemingly half trained staff!
