Takealot zero after sales support

Was good for years. 2020 changed everything. They sent me a secondhand product, clearly used and abused, not even all the parts in the damaged box. They were quick to help me log the return request. After logging the request, no further comms. I have sent mails daily asking for feedback. Nothing. ********* have taken over the business. Be careful of Takealot. They will build up your trust then rob you blind
