Takealot, you're not as AWESOME anymore

Placed an order on Friday 7 January 2022, initial date for collection was 10 January as both my items ordered were in stock JHB and I am in PTA, Monday came and I awaited the SMS for collection, only to find the date has changed to Monday 17 January 2022 which was strange I checked again... both items still in stock JHB, I phoned and mailed customer support, "items are in picking and packing state" Tuesday, same story, Wednesday, same story, and got a snarky mail yesterday 13 January "our warehouse is experiencing high volumes of orders" "It will be ready as indicated on the website" Takealot order used to be value for money and fast and effective deliveries..
