TAKEALOT YOUR SERVICES IS NON EXISTENT....

I was due to receive a delivery yesterday, I get a call from a very rude aggressive driver asking where i am. So i said i was out and would be home around 12, so he says well i cannot come back (usually call and ask when you are available) i say to him i need the goods as we are going away today. his response you are not there, i will go sit for 2 min and then report you were not available to accept delivery. Very rude and cheeky. I ask his name 3 times and he puts the phone down. From 11.50 am i must have called the ********** number 10 times to find out whats is happening. Spoke to supervisors and a few other, We will call you back in 10 min, don't worry we will sort it and get your delivery to you. Well naturally not one person has called me back, don't have the goods. The service is this country continues to plummet as they don't give a dams. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL and you have lost yet another customer
