What a poor place to conduct business with. For anybody that's considering to order something from them don't. Ordered the same lego set worth R2500 smackers 3 times over (3 exchanges). Every time I plead them to not wrap a set worth R2500 with plastic, each time they do the same thing. Over to the couriers they use - pretty useless. Destroyed the box each time. Courier 1: Hey man check this out a lego set worth R2500 which is kinda fragile. Courier 2: Yeah man, lets load it into the truck first because its fragile, then we can load the rest of the stuff on top of it Courier 1: yeah man, great idea Somewhere during the trip (every trip) they drove over the package probably as well. Rather order something direct from supplier and cut out this middle man. Useless...
