Takealot you suck I want my money back!!

I am really disappointed and it seems I’m been treated as if “too bad you signed for the parcel so everything was in it” attitude. Takealot take your money and you on your own and have no regard for their PAYING customers. I have been unemployed for 16 months and have crafted my fingers off just so my family can have some sort of a Christmas and now THIS. You struggle to get any reaction out of them no human contact to sort it out and I am a gift short for my family and they have my money. Takealot sort your internal problems out in your own time and if stock is missing in your warehouse don’t make it the paying customers problem. A satisfied customer will return NOT one you have ****ed off and will for sure let everyone know. Like so many I have noticed on your own FB page and probably on hello Peter as well.
