Dear Takealot, it is pointless having the labels "In Stock" or advising that it will take a day to deliver as I am placing my order, only for that to change once you've taken my money, and advising that a refund will take 5 days. Kinda takes the joy out of Christmas if I cannot then use the funds to purchase the items on time elsewhere. Huge inconvenience and very frustrating, and can be seen as **********.
