Takealot you disappoint me yet again

Dear takealot again you disappoint me. I purchased and action cam about 2weeks ago. I used it once the day after it arrived to me. The back it blew up inside the water housing. I then logged a return and it was collected the following day. Yesterday I received and automated email to say that the product was still being evaluated at the warehouse. Low and behold it has just arrived back to me. Absolutely nothing has been done. Still in the condition I returned it in. Absolutely useless.
