Takealot you are the worst!!!!

Take alot is really the worst services ever. I've been struggling with them for months on end now, they simply just don't care about the troubles they are causing for their customers. They apparently sorted out a faulty UPS than cables got missing and that took them ages to fix but eventually they sorted that also out apparently. . . Now they are saying that the UPS was replaced and delivered to my house they even got a signature from someone who signed for the item without confirming if the person who received the item was actually the correct person or even someone who lives at the house. So now I'm stuck with no ups in load shedding, and they just don't care they ignore your emails so I am about to open a case against them for theft because they can't explain to me who received the UPS . . . WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING. I would never ever deal with them if knew their standard of services they giving. Take alot sucks big time!!!!!!!!
