I purchased a Samsung cellphone about and used it for about 2 weeks, it had a default because it started to freeze i could not use it. i called the takealot team and advised. a guy came the following day to come pick it up. i was asked if i wanted a refund and i said no. in the next 3 days i received a new cellphone and takealot apologized about the de effect. i was so happy i thought this would take a while. the service is great they deliver on time and the staff are the best. thank you takealot team
