Takealot you are Disappointing beyond words!

Waiting for a delivery for 2 days now. Each time I get a message that my parcel is out for delivery and then just cancelled because I'm apparently not available... And I'm here all day! No contact numbers or email address for takealot. No feedback or responsibility! And this is a present for someone. I will never order something special on Takealot again. Disgusting service!!
