Takealot , yes # alot effot #alot of time

I am so frustated with Takealot. I made a full payment on a order . They allocated some of the moneys to an order I didnot placed . And send me another microwave ( i have already received in a previous order). I keep on phoning them and send mails and the response is the same! I has been days now! Some of my credit is being put back into my takealot account. I did explain countless times I need it back in my bank account as I need to go and buy this product cash as I cant go on with my work without my overloceker and that the gps watch and trampoline I orderd is not going to be deliverd for my sons birthday! AND STILL I NEED TO WAIT.
