Takealot… yes a lot of time

I ordered 3 items on the 29th of November 2024. All 3 items showed available. Delivery was supposed to be within a week. Delivery has now been rescheduled to the end of December. You are not able to speak to anyone and can only correspond via email. I have order things from them before, but now they are really letting us down.

Is so if an item is not available, why is it still on the website for sale?}

No wonder people are using foreign eplatforms to oreder goods as they can be tracked and delivery dates are kept to.
