TAKEALOT WRONG PRODUCT

Please read below. I reported that you send me the wrong cell phone on the 17th and you can see the return reference. No one came to pick it up. The return ref is MRRN-M750X-PKG7

On the 22 I took the cell phone in to your Vanderbijlpark depot and went there again this morning 2 days later hopefully to receive the correct cell phone, a Blackview BV 6600 PRO

You did not even collect the old cell phone so when will I receive my new phone

emails has been send to you and I tried calling your *** twice without any success

This is the worst service we ever had from you.
