Takealot wrong delivery items

I ordered a tool box with two traveling bags 24" order no #***3 takealot delivered a tool box with two swimming costume then i told the driver that the parcel is not correct he called the lady by the name of nthabiseng that lady wanted to talk to me I simple took the foune and talk to her the lady told me that i must give the driver the money and receive the wrong items when i told her that i cant receive the wrong order she told me that if i dont receive the wrong parcel she will make me not to buy anything with takealot in future now im simply asking my self that why take a lot has to threaten me by not buying anything if i told them that they delivered the wrong items I simply told her that if that is the case i cant give the driver my money the driver must go back with those items i cant receive the wrong items cash on delivery is good with takealot coz u pay for something that u see
