Takealot - Wrong Delivery

I ordered Premier Wax combo, worth R1000. Yesterday(15-July 2023) a Russell Hobbs kettle was delivered instead . Initially I thought perhaps the driver made a mistake with the address. I checked the box, my details and address were on the box. Completely wrong product delivered. Takealot this is truly annoying and unexpectable.
