Takealot wrong delivery

Takealot has delivered my order wrong on Monday the 22nd of November. I ordered two watches and i pair of airpods. They delivered two airpods and 1 watch. Until now after many phone calls wasting our airtime, there is still nothing resolved. We keep on getting emails stating they are sorting it out but no conclusion. It is now a week later and nothing. The most poor service I have ever experienced.
