Takealot wow behond poor service

Order an oven through take a lot. Delivered today 02 03 2023. My wife was home alone to receive the package. They dropped the package outside the house .She requested the delivery team to just assist in getting the oven in the house, and wow, the response is shocking. Answer from delivery team we just drop we don't take in any thing. It's an oven a small woman can definitely cary a oven on her own. Again she just asked for help to get the oven into the house. We don't ****en bring things in we just drop it. Yes takealot great service especially if you're staff start swearing people. Whould love to hear what poor excuse you have for your company's great service.
