Takealot worthless!!!

Ensured that payment and delivery were confirmed for Valentines Day. Was contacted in this morning to say that the item had been "forgotten" in the warehouse. Promised to get the delivery done today. Now receive a message that it will be delivered tomorrow.

This was a VALENTINES GIFT. Tomorrow isn't Valentines anymore. This has ruined the whole day!!!! Unacceptable.

And the Website is so slow and no help at all. Can't even track the order realtime.

Pity there isn't a zero star option
