Takealot, worst shopping experience ever.

I've bought a pair of shoes through takealot. Shoes were received but I noticed the heel of the 1 shoe has come loose, a closer look I've noticed there no adhesive holding the sole of the sole on so I've tried to return them and still under warranty takealot says it's due to neglect and is my fault. Worst company ever, the Facebook page about 3000 followers, yet reviews buy 20000 people can't even lift there rates from a start and a half. If you use takealot, use it as a brochure and buy from the original dealers as then you'll have your warranty
