Takealot worst service ever !!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER !!! Bought a tv which then broke sent it back to take alot for repairs they do not know where my tv is , or even if it has been repaired yet . It's going to be a whole month now and every time I call takealot they cannot give me feedback . They refuse to let me speak to management they took my details to call me back weeks have gone by still no response ,as per their 21 day policy to refund you they did not live up to that promise as it's been almost 30 days now ! Absolutely pathetic service would not reccomend any appliance be bought at takealot.
