TAKEALOT WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have sent back my Hoover Hybrid because the machine has no power. Takealot fetched the machine over 20 days ago, and they decided to repair the machine.

Today I received the machine with broken parts and the machine making a noise even more damaged than what is was.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE. I have been without a vacuum for over 20 days. and am not receiving any service from TAKEALOT.
