Takealot - worst service ever.

Make NO mistake in supporting Takealot. Really disgusted in their poor customer service. More than a month and our query has not been resolved. 7 requests to speak to a manager and no on has contacted me... Absolutely shocking!!!!!!! Now we sit with an almost R3000 swimming pool, that is rotting because we have no pump. Everytime I follow up I get the same generic response - that you're waiting on the supplier. Must be government owned at this pathetic rate.
