Takealot worst service ever

The delivery vehicle arrived early but the driver could not find my parcel in her vehicle, she promised to find it and deliver it by 17:00 this didn't happen. To my surprise I received a notification stating that they couldn't deliver because I wasn't available(liers). The next message indicates my delivery is scheduled for today 4 November 2020, needless to say this also didn't take place.Calls to Boksburg depo was fruitless, they send me another notice saying I requested the delivery to be recheduled to tomorrow, another lie. They are unreliable and not trustworthy. Worst service ever
