Takealot worst service ever

MRRN- BZOVR -BOG8. I returned this item on the 23 Novemeber and had absolutely no contact from takealot. I returned the item as it did not work as stated and requested a refund. How long do I need to wait for this to happen? This is seriously unacceptable for this to take so long and not a single email or sms from takealot! I want an answer and date as to when I will get this refund done.
