TakeAlot worst service

TakeAlot's customer service is the worst !!!! I know and understand that unexpected delays may happen with deliveries however, the least that they can do is to at least communicate with the customer and let them know about the status of their order. I ordered products which I successfully paid for and only a portion of the order was shipped as a late delivery. I enquired about the delivery of my package and did not get a response. My order was delivered in a portion (which was past the delivery date) and the rest of the order is still not shipped as of this day - what's even worse is that no communication is sent out and no one replies when you reach out via emails. Disappointed is an understatement !!!! With the service I have received, TakeAlot can keep the rest of my order, I don't even want a refund. The reason being this review is so that they can hopefully change their ways of operation and someone sees this before placing an order with TakeAlot .
