Takealot worst service.

On the 21st of December i received a package, the box was empty. I contacted Takealot and they told me to return the empty box, i returned it the same day as the delivery guy was still in the area. I needed this item for my business. My orders had to then be delayed due to this. I had to re-order items on a different website. Today is the 29th i have had no response. I have not got a refund nor a replacement. This will be my last order on Takealot. Im over it now.
